looking back, it has been an effortless step towards working with children with autism
incredibly, it all started with volunteering for the elderly and mentally~challanged children… from arranging delightful educational trips, to dancing for them, and of course, spending time with them to create everlasting memories
this then lead to an opportunity to work with children with autism as part of my journey on earth when i was pursuing my masters degree
eventually, Sylph was officially established in August 2015 in the pursuit of sharing my experiences and knowledge in this field by recognising and understanding that each individual is different by guiding them through behavioural and educational therapy, with the goal of working towards independence

through the years, patience, regulation, and understanding are the key elements that lead the process of guidance towards better social communication whilst opening up to us about their world
as early signs can often be noticed before one years old, the traits are typically more prominent at two to three years old. however there are cases where the issues related to autism may be mild or become pronounced at a later stage in life
as such, it is often advised to seek professional evaluation through your paediatrician or start with early interventions with a therapist
